We accept returns received within 15 days of the original purchase unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.
The customer is responsible for part of the return shipping costs, which will be communicated at the time of return approval. The customer will cover either $10, $20 or $30 of return shipping based on the size of the order.

Please include order number, the item(s), and reason(s) for return. We will respond to return requests in 48 hours or less.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization number, a return label and any further instructions.
We are only able to accept returns shipped back via UPS or FedEx. Affix the label onto the outside of a box with the product(s) in a securely sealed package.
Please package the returnable items securely. Last July is not responsible for any return items lost or damaged in transit.
When the package is received at our warehouse and if it satisfies all requirements and is unused and in the original packaging, your funds (the value of the item(s) purchased and any tax applied) will be returned to the original form of payment within 5-7 days.
We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to return the original item, and go to www.lastjuly.com to purchase the correct item in a new order.
