Customer Service
LAST JULY ships to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not yet ship internationally. Depending on the size of the package, additional charges may apply to packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii.
LAST JULY currently offers standard Ground, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air and in some cases same day delivery to orders shipping to Southampton and East to Montauk, NY on Monday-Thursday. Please contact us at hello@lastjuly.com if you would like to inquire about shipping times, especially same day in the Hamptons.
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and orders placed after 1pm EST are processed the following business day. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@lastjuly.com.
We apologize for that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@lastjuly.com.
Domestic orders over $350 ship free of charge via UPS Ground. For all orders under $350, a calculated shipping charge will be applied at checkout, based on destination and weight.
For all 2nd Day & Next Day orders a calculated shipping charge will be applied at checkout, based on destination and weight. Orders with express delivery will ship same day if placed by Noon EST on regular business days, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after noon EST on regular business days, weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery. Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
